Tailored training program

Data intelligence
tailor-made

Hands-on training for organizations that need to make better decisions with their own data.

A training program by CODICE, tailor-made for cooperatives, SMEs, and organizations in any industry looking to turn scattered data into useful information for management.

01 · Context

The starting point

Most organizations already generate the data they need to make better decisions. It lives in spreadsheets, billing systems, field notebooks, messages, and emails. What's missing isn't data: it's the order, criteria, and method to turn it into information that's actually useful.

CODICE proposes a program that doesn't teach theory disconnected from each organization's reality. The work is done on real data, in the client's own industry, with their team, and aimed at solving the concrete problems of their management.

02 · What it is

A data intelligence course.

Structured as hands-on workshops over three months, taught by instructors with experience in data analysis and organizational processes. Two traits define it.

— 01

Tailor-made

The program adapts to each organization's industry, processes, level of digital maturity, and priorities. Before starting, a brief assessment is carried out to adjust content, pace, and emphasis to what each organization actually needs. The number of instructors and the profiles of the teaching team are defined by the industry and the topics to be covered.

— 02

Hands-on

Every session is a hands-on workshop: participants work with real data from their own organization and walk away with concrete pieces in place — a spreadsheet, a form, an indicator, a report. What they learn is immediately applicable.

03 · Audience

Who it's for.

  • Cooperatives looking to organize their management and professionalize collective decision-making.
  • SMEs that feel "the numbers don't add up" but don't know where to look.
  • Teams that already use digital tools, but without a common criterion tying them together.
  • Organizations about to make a technology investment that first want to understand what they need.

No prior technical experience is required. What is required is the team's willingness to work with its own data during the workshops.

04 · Format

On-site, remote, or blended.

Whichever best suits the organization. The format is defined during the initial assessment, considering factors such as the team's location, schedule availability, the nature of day-to-day work, and the organization's internal dynamics.

In every case, workshops are live and participatory.

05 · Structure

Six modules over three months.

The modules are progressive: they cover the full cycle, from the initial diagnosis to the consolidation of autonomous practices within the team. The number of workshops per module and their distribution over time are adjusted to each client's industry and dynamics, while keeping a common structure.

Initial diagnosis

Assessment of the data the organization already generates, where it is stored, and who manages it.

Structuring operational data

Design of consistent records for production or service processes.

Structuring economic data

Mapping of costs, income, and economic flows.

Analysis and indicators

Definition of the organization's own indicators; analysis of operational efficiency, costs, and profitability.

Tools and reports

Digital forms, shared spreadsheets, visualization, and dashboards for internal use.

Roadmap and closing

Consolidation of learnings and a continuity plan to sustain the practices put in place.

The specific contents of each module are defined together with the contracting organization.

06 · Methodology

Three principles.

A.

Learning by doing

No disconnected theory. Every workshop leaves a concrete piece in place within the organization.

B.

Working with your own data

Exercises are done on the client's real data, not fictional cases. What is learned is immediately applicable.

C.

Collective construction

Sessions are designed so that knowledge is distributed across the team, not concentrated in a single person. This reduces future dependence on external consultants and strengthens the organization's autonomy.

07 · Results

What's in place by the end.

  • A clear map of what data the organization generates and what data it's missing.
  • Operational spreadsheets and standardized forms for key processes.
  • A set of custom indicators to track performance.
  • Simple reports that make decision-making easier.
  • A roadmap of improvements prioritized by impact and effort.
  • A team trained to sustain and expand these practices autonomously.
We don't sell hours or consulting: we sell impact

This program follows that same logic. The goal is not the workshops themselves, but the capabilities that remain within the organization once they are over.

How to start

A brief conversation, no strings attached.

Interested organizations can start with a brief, no-obligation conversation. In that first exchange we get to know your particular situation, explain how the course would adapt to your specific case, and send a proposal with schedule, team, and budget.
